so,i have call of duty black ops and i would like to give it away cause i just don't like that game and my question is can i put call of duty black ops on giveaway if i already played it i mean if i could when someone won that game i would give him activation key so i don't know could i or could i not put cod bo on giveaway if i already played it,help pls :)

No, if you've already played it, you cannot give it away. You have to purchase new games and select "This game is a gift" to gift them.

Not quite sure if it belongs in the FAQ, as this isn't a restriction specific to Steamgifts, rather Steam. Frankly, if you think you're somehow able to gift games from your library having owned a Steam account for a year and a half you don't deserve your Steam account. Steam has a specific list of each account's giftable games too :<
