Como puedo subir de nivel?

Soy nuevo en esta página, veo que muchos sorteos son para gente con nivel 1, 2, 3,... Me preguntaba como un usuario puede subir de nivel. Gracias!

SG checks your account, if you mark received but the game is not in your account it will be counted as rule breaking and you can get suspended.

First, you don't know what key you received if you didn't activate it.
Secondly, you are breaking the site rules and might get suspended if support gets to you. In top of your won page: "Please remember, all games you receive need to be activated on your corresponding Steam account to remain in good standing. Users failing to do so will receive a suspension."
