ROW keys for Victor Vran are not redeemable in Japan and either Koreas (not that there are so many people playing Steam games from Kimland).

Thos bundle was instabuy for me since I owned none of them

I was missing 2 games from tier 1 so I got it. Was also missing one from tier 2 but too expensive for it imo. Tier 3 I don't even want.

BTA worth it for Shadowrun and Victor Vran

Would somebody from support please confirm that Victor Vran GAs can be rerolled without consent from the winner, if the winner is from Japan or Korea (which are apparently locked out of ROW keys).
I've been told so by support before but lately I saw somebody who knows their way around SteamGifts say they had trouble doing exactly that.

I know there aren't very many users from those countries here on SG but stuff like that makes me nervous and hesitant to give away those games...
