Are there any sites like this for beta keys?

I got a beta key this morning for SWTOR and I am not going to use it so I wanted to give it away in a format like this site has. Are there any out there?

It doesn't say it is, in fact tells me to go to the site then put in the key they sent me. I would think if it was bound it would already be active on my account when I login.
