I can't make much sense of that post. But if you are asking what the value is; dlc usually don't have much value if you want to trade them, especially not too big traders that want to trade it again.

If you want to know how much Contributor Value you will receive by giving THAT PACK away :
Ultimate Pack currently is not available in the giveaway list and also THAT PACK is not listed in the DLC list too !
So you probably are not able to make a giveaway for that pack !
