Before officially applying, I have a question regarding the BLAEO lists (short, medium, long, etc).
If I am considering myself a completionist, should I make the lists with "HLTB completionist" times or just "HLTB main story" times? The rules only mention completionist in regard to very short games, but the difference in times can push medium games to very long ones.
Also, any tips for organising/setting up those lists? My library is a mess, and sorting everything by HLTB times will take quite a long time. Any plugins or scripts to help with that by any chance?
Lastly, I have some beaten but unfinished games like Book of Demons, where you beat it with one character (which alone will take like 10+ hours), but to complete the game (to 100%), you have to play the game again with a different character, basically from scratch. How is such a game treated in regard to playing unfinished games as part of PoP? Is there some magical % of achievements to abide by, or somewhere to put an explanation during the process in order to give this information and justify having such a game on the PoP list, or would this not be allowed?
I hope I am not too demanding, just want to know what I am potentially getting myself into, and to set up the lists accordingly.

To answer your second question, there is an excellent userscript (created b y Kubikill)
You can use this to quickly filter games by HLTB times, it will really be a breeze.

In this context, the first case (finished with only 1 character) would be considered as "beaten" , finishing it with all the characters would be considered as "completed"
I'm not totally sure on why the question, but if you ask this because you have to play the game again to get 100% it's not an issue to play an unfinished (as already begun) game AS LONG as you reach the minimum nb of hours.
In your example, if you have this game picked for a medium game , it will fit as a your game is 10+ hours . It won't fit for a very long game (25+ hours)

According to our script, you've beaten 7/80 games. Since we require, at least, 10% you need to play 1 more game you've won on SG. Once you've done so, reapply. :)

don't forget to make time lists(can use the script to do it automatically), or you can do it manually so you can curate each time category(minimum 25, or all remaining(if <25) for a time slot)

for doing it manually go to this page and click the button at bottom to make a new list.
you will need at least 4, short(2-8 hours), medium is 8-15, long 15-25 and very long 25+),
just use HLTB/or whatever to get what others have reported for games finishing and put the games in the list you expect to beat/or 100% in. Its fine if a game goes over the time length for the category to.
make sure the show on profile checkbox is marked, or link each list on the POP site once you join later.
as for the script... someone who has used it before to create lists would have to help... I manually did mine. Not sure where the scripts were linked either(its been a while, these things are install once and forget about it >>)

Still don't understand, tried to make a list, not sure how to make it "timed". But anyway I have to catch up on playing some wins before I can join now that I've won a few more games anyway. So I guess if I still don't understand by then I'll ask for another clarification. Thank you!

You can name the lists whatever you like.
So you can create "pop short (2-8h)" for example. In this list you would add games which fit in said time frame. Too long is ok, but too short game aren't.
You can either do this manually - check each game on hltb - or use the script Carenard suggested :3

As to updating. You can mark each game as never played/unfinished/beaten/completed/won't play. Which makes it easier for member to pick games, bc they can instantly see your progess on games. If you update regularly ;)

Q: Do I have to play 7 games every cycle?
A: NO! The more the merrier, but just finishing two is enough to complete the "challenge"!
Q: Do I have to participate every cycle?
A: No. You can take a break whenever you want, just don't sign up before the next picking phase starts. However, you must participate in at least, 2 out of 4 cycles in a year.
Q: Why is BLAEO mandatory?
A: It makes picking a LOT easier. As you can see here
Q: Why do I need to have played at least 10% of my wins OR a total of 40 games played?
A: We must see that you're serious into playing your games, not just joining because of GAs.
