Help with Eu and Us Steam code business..

I was looking at dark souls On SimplyCdkeys.com and saw it was selling for 9.99 euro. My question is... Would I be able to redeem the Code in US/Canada.. I'm a bit reluctant to since I heard of getting regionally locked. Could someone shed some light on this?

It's still a shady site. Shops that sell cd keys from a physical copy are far away from being 100% legit.

No idea but I'd say you're overpaying, if you're not in a hurry to play it I advise to wait until Amazon will sell it again on sale.
