Sorry to hear that :( I have hepatitis B. I found that I had it when I was 15 yo. And so far I've taken medicine for that. But my liver is working well. I had a fat liver because I was fat. But so far I've lost almost 20kg. So now I can say I'm so healthy! Even tho I don't know about the liver well, but I can say that the most important thing is that you have to eat well. Avoid to eat some vegetables(?). Because some of them have a toxic. So it's not good for the liver. And no smoking ofc. Besides, easy exercise is good for that. Hard exercise can damage your liver because the liver is vulnerable to stress. Anyway hope you get better soon!

Good to hear its working well for you, most stories (which you shouldn't read) you read these horror things, but you can in theory live to be a 100 with it?
I am 79kg at 193cm, so definitely not overweight, eating well is an issue yeah, i don't like a lot of vegetables (as a kid i was forced to eat it but came out just as well again).
Never been a smoker, i did drink alcohol and quit for 16 months although because of the whole corona you get antsy and i did take some 3x times, but i am not gonna make a habit out of it.
I used to do pushups when i had carpet but now got a wooden floor and being skinny it hurts, i guess i could just go try for a yoga mat maybe, they shouldn't be expensive.
Also used to jog but with so many not following the distancing thing i try to stay as much inside as possible, i was forced to stay inside and not work for awhile but i should be kinda be heading there again, although since i got wellfare, and sort of volunteer, i can say i stay home for another month , just not months though.
Thank you.

There aren't many to practically none here alas that are free, and even paid ones i don't think there are (but i am low on cash right now).
If only i could review my own results online i could make a better picture for myself what i might be able to change but i have to wait 3 days by mail to get a code so then i could login to see my own blood tests.
I had an echo of my stomach near the liver, everything showed fine there on the outside, i don't know if gallstones should show up on an echo or they can still be "hidden" and you can still have them?

Probably should be visable if the prodedure was done correctly and personel was looking at that place. But i'm not a doctor.
(Last time when i had it made it was made so ultra fast i don't think it was made correctly even if in theory place for gallstones was checked).

The last time with me there was one spot they couldn't see because something was in the way, i was very anxious about my liver back then and luckily the outside atleast looked fine.
Hope it's the galbladder itself then atleast, some obstruction, everything else points to hepatitis, liver cirrhosis, all very unhappy stuff.
My doctor even kept asking each time, have you really stopped with alcohol? Because what is happening now shouldn't after i quit, so he found it odd.

No real puzzle can't be bothered but there is no giveaway category still. :p
Feel my system (body) is also shocked, had high liver results (Gamma GT), it dropped and now it's rising again, and even so i have to go to a specialist, but because of corona, god knows how long that's gonna take (if there isn't even gonna be a second wave), what they gonna do with me, what the results will be, and from what i googled what it all could be it doesn't make one happy, think it might be gallstones.
But atleast could finally explain other symptoms like fatigue, just hope they can fix it rather then it being too late.
Anyone else had experiences with high GT and what came out of it?

[Edit] Got an appointment with a specialist in 4 weeks now, if i would do it in my hometown i would have waited 3-6 months.
