It is, the post said that both Warner Bros packs are steam redeemable, and FEAR is a warner brothers pack. Also, FEAR3 is steam only IIRC.

True but I remember the Square Enix pack where everything was steam-redeemable except Tomb Raider Underworld, which only came with a steam key for a short time.

Still, it looks like the FEAR copy is new as there's no customer reviews for it yet. So that could be a good sign.

Harley Quinn can be bought separately, and (in the case of Steam, anyway) always goes on sale when the main game does.

Other than that, I will do my best to fight back the tears and keep a stiff upper lip without the undoubtedly excellent assortment of 12 different coloured codpieces for Batman, the Robin DLC with THAT shower scene, and the KFC branded Batarang set...

Well, in my country there's no skin packs DLC nor maps DLC, just Harley, Robin and Nightwing. And since I have no idea what batman I'll get I'd rather wait a bit for GOTY edition to get everything then getting nasty surprises about "this DLC won't work with this version of a game".

I got AA GOTY for $5 last month on Gamers Gate. The Harley Quinn DLC is something you'll want to get. Tossing up with paying for them separately tarnishes the deal for me.

It still has Securom. So it counts activations, but it does not mean it has a limit. I have to install it to see if it has or not.
