All digital downloads from Amazon are US only. Just using an US address bypasses that.

Did you have to use VPN or US address? Or it went smoothly without unnecessary tweaking?

Well, I bought the pack. FEAR 2 installs as "FEAR 2: Project Origin Retail". If I go to the Reborn DLC page on Steam it doesn't tell me that I already own it. So maybe it isn't included. Only way to know for certain is to install it and see if it's selectable from the main menu.
