Sometimes you can use them to buy bundles, but most of the time they just sit there, collecting virtual dust. You could be waiting months for your next chance, wondering if they will go out of business before you can spend them...
I don't remember the details, but I used some in various visual novel bundles. Think those are never coming back, but who knows?
