Yours is clearly the wrong one when you come along and demand that someone have to do what you want, without a explanation and without to hear on the explanation how someone mean something when he say it and what's his intention with it.
A way that have, mostly, success are to say "can you please..", "i advice..." and such friendly ways of communication.
