Hello there jegames10! Since you are not in relaxed discord, I am writing this to u, on the behalf of the group admins and the discord members, to make sure u are aware of what has been going on. It is upto you if u wish to allow deletion of the giveaway after reading this. (since tristar is on my blacklist i cannot reply on his giveaway, so i will chat here)

To give you some background: Tristar was removed from the group due to repeated problematic behavior and exploiting group rules. He’s done similar things (from what i know) in other giveaway groups such as QGG and Pandora, including joining region-restricted groups he didn’t qualify for and failing to redeem wins in a timely and fair manner. He also has a long-standing pattern of creating giveaways with no intention of following through properly, often using them to manipulate others or gain favor.
For example, he still links to this giveaway he created for a "special event" nearly three years ago -> The Talos Principle, which at the time was unbundled: https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/HwqA0/the-talos-principle That “event” never happened. It was just one of several empty promises used to justify questionable activity. Pandora's group actually removed him for this exact behavior.

That wasn't an isolated incident. The only giveaways Tristar has made in recent months that are not $0 CV are Invincible and Clair Obscur.Every other giveaway he's made recently is for games worth less than 30 cents on grey markets. this is probably the last halfway decent giveaway he made: https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/FuJVV/escape-first-alchemist

However the main reason this has been an issue is how he acted after he was kicked. He resorted to guilt-tripping, harassment, and manipulative behavior after being called out. He made a huge deal about a key being the wrong region even after the Host marked asked for it to be marked not received to the point mods had to intervene: https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/wKnyY/what-remains-of-edith-finch

After being removed, he made his steam account private for an entire week so it does not sync, to continue entering giveaways and winning in the group. Proof: He was kicked on 10th June and he won Havendock giveaway which was created on 13th June : https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/SMDiA/havendock

He created this giveaway in what looks like an attempt to manipulate his way back into the group. In fact, he’s already tried to leverage this giveaway as a bargaining chip, including messaging one of the admins, saying he’d only send the key if allowed back into the group and deleted the message later. Since the group admin has him in blacklist, he has been going to the giveaways she has won and typing there to reply to her. It was clearly stressing her out so much and she said it multiple times. At this point it is borderline harassment when she has clearly already said "no" multiple times. That’s not how fair giveaways or group participation should work.

So again, I kindly ask u to consider any deletion request he sends with this in mind unless of course he does gift it. Letting the giveaway remain on his record helps maintain accountability and discourages this kind of behavior in the future.
