Want you don't want to understand is that ep 1 is not a standalone game that was renamed. Complete Edition now contains eps 1 to 5. Ep 1 alone is not being sold anymore. You either buy all eps in complete edition or eps 2 to 5 in a bundle if you already own ep 1.
You think everyone is against you and that people complaints are not fair, but if you check that game page you will see it's not just the name that changed, but the content. And that game key you provided doesn't match that content. Too bad for you winner that didn't get the full game as promised.
Also, keep in mind that if there's no game entry matching the same content for a game you want to give away, then it can't be given away at that moment. You give up or create a ticket asking them to add that game to the list. You don't go bending the rules.

At this point I think you just don't want to understand or is pretending not to. Complete game = full game = all 5 eps. If you buy complete edition now on steam you will NOT have to buy eps 2 to 5 because they are INCLUDED in the complete edition. The bundle with eps 2 to 5 simply exist for those that already own ep 1. Episode 1 itself is not being sold anymore. Evidenced in the link you posted as you can see the item value as 0. IF you pay attention the app id changed from 451636 to 1096570 which means a complete different game/content. The key for ep 1 doesn't match the content for that game/store entry anymore. It used to, but not anymore. It's not that it was simply renamed. You are not providing the content for which you created a ga for, because complete edition now means eps 1 + 2 + 3 + 4 +5.

If you buy 1096570 you will NOT get 2-5 episodes

At this time if you buy it from Steam store it will be the full game which includes ep2--5, because sub/451636 is the only one listed on the store page

You get all 5 eps not just ep 1.
The bundle is for people that purchased 1 or more eps before.

Hello.

Can you make ticket in other category, and post there screenshot of your license page?

I need to make sure that you activated all episodes (so you have episode 1 - 5 on your Steam account), and not only 1st episode that was given away for free.

Sephidiox007 was the winner, not Astrael.

Damn. Sorry.

I thought it was winner who commented. My mistake.

Your request is wrong either way. It's the same case as Shadow of the Tomb Raider base game from Humble Bundle showing up as "Definitive Edition"
Or giving Life is Strange 2 episode 1 as the regular Life is Strange 2 appid.

Easy way to solve the confusion for you as a mod however is to remove the regular appid entry from the giveaway list and add the following two (store)subid's:

SONG OF HORROR COMPLETE EDITION
https://steamdb.info/sub/451636/
SONG OF HORROR Episode 1
https://steamdb.info/sub/369696/

Which should be done for Life Is Strange 2 as well...

In general creator is required to give no less than what was promised in the giveaway. So they can give Just Cause 3 XXL while giveaway is for Just Cause 3. Not the other way around.

Here we have giveaway for Complete Edition, which on Steam lists all episodes. But winner will receive only 1st episode. Which is less than for what giveaway was made for. Even when both share the same name (and not much more) due to how developer approached the issue.

But that's my opinion, we will need to decide with other support members how to solve this.

But that's my opinion

ehhh, exactly...

And it's wrong, as it has been already proven by previous cases as I've already stated and given examples of...

A giveaway for a specific appid requires the winner to have exactly that appid in their library and nothing else. However the store page is named is completely irrelevant.

Again, add the 2 subid's instead and the issue is solved.

In essence the content promised in this giveaway is just appid 1096570

The "complete edition" part is just the store name the developer/publisher puts on the page. They could rename the store name for that appid to whatever they want while the game name (shown in Steam library) still being "Song of horror" (without the complete edition wording). When entering the appid (1096570) SG just pulls from the store name but not the game name.

appid 1096570 = full game = eps 1 to 5.

1096570 = base game (ep1)
1151730 = ep2
1157230 = ep3
1158110 = ep4
1158111 = ep5

ep2--ep5 are set as DLC of 1096570

Nope. If you buy complete edition you buy all 5 eps not just ep 1.

At the store, this is true for purchases made on or after Apr 30, 2020 (which will give package 451636, costs $30), but for purchases before Apr 29th, 2020 it only contained ep1 (which gave package 369696 until it was pulled from the store a month ago, the cost was $8).

  • package 451636 (available on store since Apr 29) contains these appids -- 1096570, 1151730, 1157230, 1158110, 1158111
  • package 369696 (available on store until May 1) contains only this appid -- 1096570

Dev just changed the store name at some point after the above change - https://steamdb.info/app/1096570/history/?changeid=U:16280898

But the actual changes to the depot only involves adding a file and changing a couple others (i.e. no ep2--5 added to this depot):
