The DLCs included on this version are also RHCP version and won't be connected to other versions of the game. They will only work with the RHCP version of the game. I included a screenshot of how the DLCs are listed on Steamdb.

The RHCP version should be listed as Dishonored RHCP in your Steam library. I included a screenshot of both the ROW (Rest of World) and RHCP versions in Steam.

I'd like to believe so, but I'm not 100% sure about that. The key is for the definite edition of the RHCP version, so it should give you just the DLCs since you already have the base game.

Like both of the other comments have already mentioned, it stands for Russian, Czech, Hungarian, Polish. It includes English along with those languages. It's meant to be for those countries but for some reason they never region locked the key activation.

Yeah, it's listed as a separate game in the steam library. I'm not really sure if there are any differences in the game itself between the versions, other than the available languages.

No idea, I tried on two different sites to get the ROW (Rest of World) version and both gave me the RHCP version instead. I bought it directly from Steam instead afterwards because I didn't want to keep going with that gamble.

Eneba and CDKeys both gave me the RHCP version. Thank you for the heads-up. I wasn't able to select the RHCP version when making the giveaway. I'm going to make a ticket to check this over with the SG mods.

Usually SG lets special versions of a game be given away as the US store listed one, but this might be a "case by case" thing for every game.

Some people don't want to reveal their game's exact source in the public GA for it and it's kind of a "SG thing" to then ask them those questions in random old GA comments where it's unlikely to be stumbled upon.

A not so funny fact - SG doesn't recognise that I have RHCP Definitive edition pack, and still allows me to enter (not sure if it's the standard problem with the dlcs and packages, or if it's the fact that the giveaway is formally listed as for the non-RHCP package (this https://steamdb.info/sub/31292/ as instead of this https://steamdb.info/sub/31293/)).
