It says something about being an expansion in the description.
Do you know if this is a standalone game or if you need Hard Truck Apocalypse to run it?
I can enter it without having said game so I am little bit confused.

From what it looks like it seems like a standalone as it does not have a purple DLC ribbon in the upper left corner. It may just be another game in the series. Who knows?
The missing purple ribbon doesn't necessarily mean that an item isn't a DLC.
I think the ribbon needs to be added by the publisher and Steam itself doesn't put it on images.
That's why you may find games that are add-ons to other games which you cannot even register to your profile without having the base game despite there is no ribbon in the game image.
Unfortunately I don't have an example at hand, but I am sure you will stumble across such a game sometimes in the future. ;)
