In situation like this you should ask creator for replacement key. If they can't provide you with another working key, you should mark giveaway as not received, after 7 days passed since GA ended.

Alternatively you may agree on giveaway deletion, if creator ask you about it. That way this not delivered giveaway won't be visible on winner and creator account.
