I got both keys as gift links from steamtrades.com about 1 month ago and i didn't realized that those keys are region restricted. Both guys are from India so for 99% both keys are region locked for India. But i'm not 100% sure that is for India not for SE Asia or whole Asia etc.
So if you win and key will not work (because it is not region locked for India) you have to agree to delete this giveaway after it's ending!

They are region locked for India as Feb humble bundle gave region locked keys based on the place where the keys were issued.
