i have done some research about region restrictions and if im not retarded this doesnt really have any restrictions since i believe i even could gift it to my US friend when im from EU so i dont know
Something to do with how much the price difference is, i am from Europe and got a friend in US, since we pay the most so sending from EU to US will probably work more, but sometimes i couldn't send a game to my friend in the US. It stays confusing.
