My very 1st Giveaway so this is still kinda new to me. i assume that Steamgifts will automatically notify me of who the winner is. The winner will be given a Steam friend invite by me and then i'll send you the gift from there (so long as you don't own the game already).
just remember to let Steamgifts know that you received the game after you're able to get it from me without any problems. please no thank you messages, good luck guys.
steamgift wil notify you indeed. At the present icon (top of site, right from the FAQ button) wil appear a number that shows how many giveaways have ended. And when you login after a giveaway has ended you get a popup screen.

just like when you win a giveaway, awesome. thanks for letting me know. question, if i was giving away a Steam key for a game, how do i give the steam key code to the winner?
i just won a Steam key for Clickr as my 1st Giveaway win yesterday but the game doesn't seem to work and all i get whenever i boot the game up is an error message prompt that is in Korean or some other kind of foreign language i can't understand and after i clicked ok, the game shuts down automatically. the person who gave this game away in that giveaway never mentioned anything about all of this happening.
is there a way i can let Steamgifts know about this and get them to do something about it?

You can enter keys when creating the giveaway, which will then automatically be distributed to the winner/s.

Sorry for the late answer, but for some reason I dont get a notification anymore if I get a message -_-.
If you have a problem with the key, contact the creator of the giveaway. Make screenshots of youre contact attempts. This can be needed later if you contact support of SG.
Further I dont know how much SG support can do in this case. The most I think is set the giveaway as not received if it can not be resolved...

PS if you want to contact support about this I would put it under the 'other' category. And then explain the situation and supply pictures of youre contact attempts/ failed resolve attempt.
Tinypic is a nice site to upload pictures. always remind to whipe all personal information in pictures. So check if there is a tab visible with personal info in the header or somewhere else. Paint is a nice place to Black it out :)
