I've reviewed your user report, but if you want to reroll you need to submit tickets in the "Request New Winner" category, we cannot do it without one.
Typically if there is any issue with a winner, do not submit a user report, there should be a more appropriate category for it.

Anyway I've suspended these users so feel free to request new winners if you haven't delivered the games.
