You can transfer to U7.

This is the U3 line toward Nollendorfplatz. The Next Station is Hohenzollern-platz heading toward Nollendorfplatz Station.
This is the U3 line toward Krumme Lanke. The Next Station is Heidelberger Platz heading toward Krumme Lanke Station.

You can exit the station and head up to the actual Platz itself.

The station has a couple of interesting stores inside, including a specialty market that carries random foods from other places. Mostly Russian goods, but some others as well.
