Cleaning out my old keys, these might not work, but someone having a chance to get them is still better than just deleting them.
Just mark as not received if it doesn't work.
Winners can't be checked, for the same reason you can enter. The game was banned from Steam, so the Steam API doesn't report that you own it and it doesn't appear on your public profile.
I'm sorry that it no longer works, is it alright if I delete the giveaway? Otherwise I think you'll have to wait a couple days to mark it as not received and can't enter for the same game during that period.
It is a yes for deletion. Normally I am more salty for approving deletion but in this case as the game is removed from Steam it makes sense it is hard to find replacement working keys.

i ended up removing this (+ 2 others) from my account because it comes with over 400 broken spammy achievements, just a warning for anyone entering.
