hi, sorry for waiting. 1 - i won this key from similar giveaway that called Dead Rising® 2, unfortunately steam doesn't provide an option to verify the key. 2- you will have no problems with that.

you are not allowed to make giveaways with keys that you have won. you need to activate the key in your account.
"Won gifts should be activated to the Steam account used during registration, and they should not be regifted, traded, or sold." - from the Guidelines.
