A change is as good as a holiday but only if they understand your language and your currency is significantly stronger IF a change is needed/beneficial. I hope I read that right :)
It could be read a few different ways I suppose. When I wrote it I was thinking that holidays aren't always great so I added a couple of bits to make the holiday a little less frustrating and easier on the hip pocket. I find it interesting that the change is what has been focused on so far.

If the good things surpass the bad things, then it's still good. Of course, it's mostly subjective.
