1.Get the game from Steam, or Epic.
2.Complete the tutorial.
3.To redeem the code go to the shop, select redeem code and enter your code.

I activated the code now, but it is not the starter pack as it only includes 5 base packs and some small bit of gold. It is supposed to include
2 Base Packs, containing 5 cards each from the base set
2 Allegiance Packs, containing 5 cards each from the Allegiance Expansion
2 Draft tickets, allowing you to compete in draft mode and earn rewards
5 Standard Wildcards
2 Limited Wildcards
A special Steam Cardback
