For bundle stuff your best bet is to just check the relevant bundle thread here on SG. Everyone contributes their own experiences, and Shakti always compiles it together in the thread post, even going so far as to link to the relevant SteamDB subs.

Basically, if that thread doesn't list it, then it's generally considered to be a reasonable unknown (as per some promotions which have basically had randomized region locking), which means (historically speaking) staff generally'll work with you on a deletion if necessary, even without getting the winner's approval (as is normally needed for any deletion, unless the winner is suspended or has been suspended within the past month).

Comparatively, it's more typical to skip straight to looking through SteamDB (ie, versus checking SG first) when you've got a steam store gift to give out, and you're trying to figure out which regions fall outside of the 10% currency margin.
