You should mark the giveaway as "Not Received" since you did not receive a working copy of the featured game. You are not allowed to accept a different game for the purpose of marking the giveaway as "Received". By marking a giveaway as "Received", you acknowledge that you received a working copy of the featured game. If someone reports your account to us, we will be checking your profile for those games. If we do not find them, then you will be suspended for "Not Activating Won Games".

The giveaway creator might request that we delete this giveaway if they are unable to provide another copy, but they would need your permission to do so. Please state on the giveaway page if you agree or not.
