for some reason steamgifts thinks i don't have the base game, but i actually have it
and this has 0 entries
so, as i see, noone is able to enter this giveaway, since steamgifts fails to recognise ownership of base game (does it think that base game for this dlc is the 'XCOM 2: War of the Chosen', which is itself a dlc?)

Steam seems to think the same, since that's what it says on the store page. Didn't know it was possible to have DLC directly for other DLC before seeing another giveaway for this one with the same issue.
