Hi Wistz00, you probably don't know this since you're a relatively new user, but if your giveaway finishes with less than 5 entries, you don't gain any CV (contributor value) from it, which means your level will not increase. I'm saying this because I noticed you have two past giveaways that ended with less than 5 entries. I don't want you to miss out on any more CV just because you were unaware of this rule.
This GA and the one right after it are safe since they are popular games, but when doing GAs with heavy region restrictions in the future, you should consider setting longer durations to increase your chances of getting 5 entries.

Hello, there. Thank you for the information. I seriously have no idea about that. RIp CV :'( I will keep it in mind in the future. I actually set the giveaway for a short period of time because I'm afraid I will forget about it smh ^^'

On the bright side, you actually only missed out on a total of 0.9 CV from those two past GAs since they're just cheap DLC that have been bundled before, so no need to mind it too much as it made almost no difference to your level. The important thing is you know the rule now. Anyway, you shouldn't worry about forgetting your GAs since you get a huge pop-up notification when you visit the site after your GA ends, and on top of that the "Giveaways Created" icon will keep glowing until you send your gift, so it's impossible to miss as long as you browse the site regularly. You also get an email notification whenever your GA ends.

You're right, those were just DLC's, so I don't mind it that much, they also need to have the base game in order to activate it. and yeah, the pop-up actually there when I visit the website. In my recent giveaways, I'm still a few hours late to send the keys though even with the notifications. I actually just checked my profile and when I hover to 'sent' giveaway there, the 'no value CV' is 0. I guessed that's not how I thought it was then, with those previous two giveaways with less than 5 participants, I thought it would show 2 instead on the 'no value CV' data.

GA creators are allowed one week to send the gift to the winner. While it's great to send the key immediately after the GA ends, that isn't always realistic as the creator might be busy, or even asleep at the time. A few hours late is fine. I think most people wouldn't mind as long as you send it within a day. If you don't like to keep your winner waiting, then you can set your GAs to end at a time when you know you'll be free. For example, I usually go with 9 PM on weekdays since I'm most likely on my computer then.
Those two DLCs will still appear as "Reduced Value" on your profile since that's the classification for those items. If you want confirmation on the 5-entries rule I told you about, you can check the "Contributor Value and Levels" section of the FAQ (accessible from the "Help" dropdown menu at the top). It states "if a giveaway is invite only, region restricted, or limited to a whitelist or Steam group, it will only add contributor value if it receives 5 or more entries". Technically, that means fully public GAs with less than 5 entries will still give you CV, though it's virtually impossible for that to happen. Anyway, when you have the time, I suggest you read both the FAQ and the Guidelines (also found under "Help") to better understand how the site works. In fact, read the Guildelines first as violating those can lead to suspensions.
