I tried to activate the key, got a message that I already own the game. Thought I could give it away then.
It seems like you are getting Why so Evil 1, 2 and Brilliant Bob with this key, since Steam wanted to install these after my attempt to activate the key.
In duped or not most of the keys are Duplicate so if someone wins he/she won't be able to use the code.

In the past I have often given away keys from Marvelous which worked fine.
