Description

i wanted to make another giveaway with a better game but sadly my father passed away just before i and my brother came to visit him, and the expenses for the funeral and the trip ended being a bit overwhelming.

so instead i went for a good old game that i already gave once before, i hope whoever ends up winning it really enjoys it.

also id like that instead of a thank you youd answer this question:
-if your father died(i sincerely hope your father lives a long life), what would you remember him for? and what would you consider a good memory to put in a tattoo in your body as a thank you to your father?

my answer? it would be for his attitude, even after 6 years suffering daily dialisis, invasive analisis, medical checkups, he still had this smile he put up for all to see and relax even if he didnt feel well.
my idea for a tattoo to honor him? he kept singing this song during his last days, that said something like this "so long rivers, goodbye fountains..."
his last name is fountains in spanish, and i think that simple sentence calms me a lot, and a tattoo of it seems just about right, maybe ill add something else later but that simplicity i find is good in these tipes of tattoos.

nothing more to say other than good luck and enjoy whoever gets it.

PS. i made the giveaway so long because im still with my mother helping her clean the house and getting all my fathers things into boxes etc. so im not sure ill be able to keep track of the giveaway during this week, this way when i get home i can focus on the giveaway and not make the winner wait a lot after he gets picked.

--edit---

thank you so much for your kind words.

Tanks. :)

thank you for your concern, it is something that has to happen to everyone eventually sadly, and in my fathers case it was a blessing that he did not suffer more and that gave us a lot of comfort when it happened.

gl on winning the game :)

I have never been close with my father. I am sorry for your loss, and admit I am a bit envious of your relationship with him. It sounds like you had something special.

Goodbye fountains...

in reality we became close after he got sick, and just for that im thankfull, its never too late to make up for lost time even if its just to hear him say just once "im proud of you". thank you for your kind words.

Thanks for the giveaway.
I'm sorry for your loss and to answer your question I'd probably just remember how sorry I always feel for my dad because he's had a really hard life. But, like yours, he doesn't really show the pain. I guess that's good. As for a tattoo, the things that remind me the most of him aren't really positive memories so I probably wouldn't get one. Those sound like beautiful words for yours though.
Best wishes to your family

Thanks for giving away something during such a sad moment. I'm deeply sorry for your loss.

My father passed away last september (stroke), and what I'll always remember him for is his intelligence and thrist for knowledge. He was one of the biggest influences in my desire to learn, read, see new things. I hope I'm able to pass that kind of mark onto my son as well.

I hope all in your family can help each other and get through the grief of this moment.

I am sorry to hear about your father. I can't give advice on fathers and tats though, my father recently died, but I didn't know him and he was a total jerk - and I never had a tattoo in my life.

Hope someone else can give some better advice, or have something more comforting to say.

My father was a bit of a bastard in the past, but he's mellowed out a fair bit as he's gotten older. I like going out to eat with him, when I can. Thanks for the giveaway, and I'm sorry for your loss.
