Since we can't reply to user reports, I'll leave a comment here.

If there is an issue with the key they sent you, contact them. If you are lucky, they might try to replace it. Or they may not be able to get a replacement key (if one key is already doing that, others may have the same issue) and might ask for permission to delete. Whatever the case, in contacting them, they can at least try to fix the problem. Right now, they don't know there is a problem.
