Thank you for the chance. I'd just like to make sure that this is a key for the full retail version of the game that you purchased somewhere, and not a key for the free trial version, right?

I am not sure, I bought the key then I found that I already have the game, I am not sure which version the key is. What should I do if it's a trial version key?

Trial versions are not allowed to be given away. If you bought it, then I am sure it will be the full version, otherwise the site you bought from are scamming you.
