You just won a game from me and when I checked your account, you have 1 win that is not activated on your Steam account. The giveaway that is not activated is Luxor: Amun Rising HD from September 13th.
It is against the rules to not activate a game you won and can result in having your account suspended as well as not being able to enter any private sgtools giveaways that check for broken rules. I did not request a for a new winner or report you because your account looks good other than that 1 game, so I thought it might be a mistake.
You should try to figure out what happened with that game and resolve the situation so that you don't get suspended and have your wins rerolled in the future when another giveaway creator checks your account.

If you tried to activate the game and the key that you were sent did not work, do not request for a new winner. In that situation you have to let the giveaway creator know that the key does not work. You should never mark a giveaway as received until you have it activated on your Steam account.
If you did not use the key that the giveaway creator sent you and you do not want to activate the game, you can leave a comment on the giveaway asking the giveaway creator to request for a new winner. The giveaway creator has to ask support for a new winner.
It has been a long time since this giveaway has ended and you already marked it as received, so the giveaway creator might be confused. You should explain what happened when you ask for a new winner.
