hi thanks i did win but i cannot add the game in my library saying "Sorry, but this product is not available for purchase in this country. Your product key has not been redeemed." and having an error im trying to add you to steam but seems like my request hasn't been accepted yet

The key is redeemable in the regions indicated here.

I am assuming you're in one of those regions since you were able to join this giveaway.

If you are not in that region anymore, you should contact SteamGifts support to have it changed. Unfortunately SG is unable to track region changes.
