The photoshop is decent, although the Persona 4 characters look squished and the colors look a little washed out.

As for the weirdest crossover - it's already happened in Kingdom Hearts! JRPG characters + Disney......bizarre.

I would some sort of gradient in the background of your image.
But weirdest crossover... I don't know, my mind is blank right now. Can't think of anything creative.

As for weirdest crossover, can't think of anything game related, but Shokugeki no Souma and Attack on Titan.

The contrast between the yellow and the black is quite harsh, I'd go with a gradient in the middle. Other than that it's really not bad!
I actually don't exactly know what a crossover is to be honest, but from the reply of the others I'd guess mixing stuff up that doesn't quite go together but is still related in a way?!
First things that come to mind is Princess Mononoke and any Slipknot music video.

Too much empty spaces on the pic, 7.8/10. And I can't imagine a Street Fighter X Mortal Kombat Crossover, that's quite unthinkable.
Also that's a common combo, I see Danganronpa x Persona 4 crossover pretty often.

The shop's not bad, but the background clashes pretty badly.

Also, Blue's Clues x GoT or nothing.

Overall, it looks pretty good, but the Persona 4 characters look a bit stretched vertically and their colors are a bit weird. Other than that, I'd suggest putting a low-opacity texture or pattern in the background to break up the empty space.

Photoshop is decent - the cropping is good (for the most part, there are some minor errors here and there - like at the foot of the guy from persona, a bit above his head etc), but proportions feel wrong.
