I don't really like the idea of pride month tbh. I think that there are a lot more people/things to be proud of - like you know, police, doctors, scientists and so on - people who actually contribute to us all (and they have max one day per year to celebrate or even not). Never understood, how one can be proud of his/her skin color or physiological stuff or preferences xD
Though it doesn't affect me in any negative way so w/e :) Once I tried to discuss why is it even celebrated and heard some nice arguments so now i'm like - do whatever you like. It's not affecting me anyway, so why anybody should be disgusted?
Maybe they grown up and decided to value their time more?

I think it's valid to not like the idea too, it's a healthy debate except when it leaves the border of decency.
And it's not about being proud, as in "hey, I'm better than you, look at me winning because I'm gay", it's the "I am me, and I am not ashamed" - which is still sadly needed in this world as hate crime happens on a daily basis. That's the meaning of pride/proud, not supremacy or anything similar.
No, or maybe? The age structure might be just right, because the flood gates of hell (facebook or even discussion forums for newspaper, at least in Norway) is full of anti-gay shit, can't go a single day without people having to spew out some royal shit.

Whenever my friends wants to play community based multiplayer and the word gay (or worse) are being used as an insult I just own it, but then again; I have a keybinding that autotypes "Your mother is a lovely person" as a reply whenever someone goes "I FUCKED YOUR MOM LAST NIGHT!" :'D
