Have you played the other entries from the series? I always considered checking out the series. When I initially did, I think it might have been The Settlers 7, my PC at that time could not handle the game, so I did not play it. Was a fan of Anno franchise and other city builders. Still am. 😄

History Edition in Ubi. When on sale, it's priced between 2 and 3€. Works on all modern systems, the only difference is keybinding for "time warp".

Only really comparable game to Settlers 3 is Settlers 4. Later games have significant differences in gameplay. Settlers 2, 3, 4 were perfect.
