Okay. From support: Replacing a game with completely another game isn't possible. So, I simply bought you another Serial Cleaner GLOBAL (regional free) key :) And already replaced it. Please go to "Giveaway Won" section, copy key and past to steam. Don't forget to click the "received" button after you've done with activation ;)
