Regarding the response to my ticket...

When I sent the ticket his account was private. He made it public after the third time I asked him to.
But I'm sending the message for a suggestion about something that pisses me off. When a member has a key to activate (blinking notification), they shouldn't be able to participate in other giveaways, I think I've suggested this in a thread as well. Instead of the green "Enter giveaway", let's have a red "You already have a key pending", or something.
There are many times when I've sent keys, and the winners continue to log in to the site and participate in other giveaways, ignoring the ones they won.
