/ ! \ The game has 2 store pages, RU/East/Central Europe here and global here, Due to failed retroactive region locking, in practice, the global key should activate fine for both sides. But I'm not sure about the other version. This also means there's 2 separate community hubs and difficulties with mods.

Check if the winner doesn't already own the game, because of the 2 store pages thing. Game activates as Fallout New Vegas RHCP in libraries of RU/East/Central Euro players.

Both links are correct but one of them won't show the game page in your region. But the ROW key will activate the game everywhere, the catch being that the aforementioned region will see it as Fallout: New Vegas RHCP anyway.

Ah that's why. It should be a ROW key yes. It's from the Summer Mystery Bundle I bought from Fanatical this August.
As long as the key works for everyone and the winner can enjoy it, I'll be happy. ^^
