I think Quake 1 is needed. At least considering the graphics, they look like Quake 1 add-ons, not the second one's.

I can't do that. The games must be activated in winner's account.
And yes, you can do it:
-Taking one of my last giveaway as example:

After push (Request New Winner). The first 3 options are filled automatically and in the 4th you must select that one.

And push Create ticket. That's all
