Mount & Blade: Warband with modern guns! Depending on how this game develops, it could become a real classic. I only heard about it a few days ago but I saw enough to add it to my wishlist.
I don't really understand your comment about the exact title, but it doesn't sound like a big deal unless it is a limited time trial or something, and it will only affect one person, so I wouldn't expend too much energy on it. My fingers are crossed that I am the one that will find out exactly what you mean. ;-)
