Apologies, the key is form Lootboy. They don't unfortunately replace duplicate keys and I don't have a second one.

Usually users understand that these situations can happen and agree to delete the giveaway to recover the points used for entering the giveaway. If you want to be difficult then so be it. First time for everything I guess.
