it's probably fun,
but it's co-op only,
and i don't have friends.

ah, gotcha. unfortunately, nope, i very rarely play anything that isn't single player. i do have a couple friends i sometimes play with, but our tastes generally don't align when it comes to games, so it can be a pain trying to convince them to buy/play something they aren't interested in.
the only time i've connected with people over the net is when i played destiny 2 for a couple years. got in with a clan, then a small number of us ended up forming a smaller, more tight-knit group within the clan. i quit a while back a little before the witch queen released, then reconnected when diablo 4 came out, but i quickly dropped that game as well. they all pretty much stick to games like those which i'm not really interested in anymore.

That's totally understandable, I got few friends that don't always enjoy all the same variety games I do, there are tons of solid single-player ones out there and probably the best experiences for me are on those as well.
