Compare the price with ones in China. It might be serious local manufacturer, like boots from Belarus.

As an ordinary resident of Ukraine, I have never heard of cases of "slave labor" in my country, mostly we talk about such things only about Asian productions, as if there is unpaid, and even worse, child labor. Similarly, I have a large number of Chinese-made goods, much more than Ukrainian ones (I don't have Ukrainian-made clothes at all, so you surprised me). So could this mean that the above "Asian Slavery" rumors are true? I think there is some truth in every rumor, but I can't say anything without facts and evidence. For me, slavery in Ukraine sounds extremely unlikely
