but the points is 0p and on the store page there isn't a price

It was removed from steam store after he made the giveaway https://www.steamgifts.com/discussion/2SUjh/so-uncrowded-got-removed-from-steam
Anyway, you still can create giveaways for it if you have steam keys or a gift in your inventory (it will give you 0 CV tho).
