EDIT: There is some sort of problem i can't buy gifts if I bought the game for me it works but as a gift there is an unexpected error and it doesn't work. I have already contacted steam support.

I agree with the deletion of this giveaway due to the issues the giveaway creator stated. I'm marking it as "not received" in the interim of waiting for SteamGifts support to address the issue. This is to make sure the site rules are being adhered to. Thanks.

I will just chip in saying it's fine to mark this giveaway as not received till SG support can solve the issue.
