So they separated the multiplayer mode from the campaign mode by making a multiplayer DLC, which is why I own it.
Please remember to check the winner, they might already own it too and be able to enter anyway.

I have the original I'm Not A Monster. Seems the original Multiplayer is still there. But not the Im not a monster "first contact" multiplayer DLC?

I have the original version too.
Now they separated in two: First Contact is the base game and only has single player, whereas the multiplayer version is this DLC.
When we got it (I got it for free personally) it was all together, that's why we now own both base game and multiplayer DLC. I don't think you miss anything
